To form men who live under the lordship of Jesus with emotional maturity, disciplined bodies, spiritual grounding, and clarity of purpose.

By the end of Stage 1, a man will:
  • Live from a clear biblical worldview
  • Understand his identity apart from performance
  • Name emotions and understand internal patterns
  • Recognize wounds without being ruled by them
  • Understand addiction, dopamine, and passivity
  • Practice discipline and delayed gratification
